I want to add a gold ring around the inside of my fiance's tungsten carbide wedding band. Is it even possible?

Tungsten carbide [WC] inserts on masonry drills are brazed into place, so there is some braze which will stick to WC and to steel. It would probably stick to gold too. What it is I do not know.
