Changing the colours is actually pretty simple once you know how.
You have to use the lasso tool and make it go around the bead, and then you go on the hue/saturation option. I use it on Gimp all the time, and you should be able to do it

I’m planning on taking on a new hobby but that is if I can squeeze it into my already tight schedule. I plan to learn bead jewelry making. Why did I think of that all of a sudden? Well, I just realized that bead jewelries never go out of style. People, even celebrities, have a way of incorporating them into their wardrobe for the day and I find that fascinating.
So I decided that I should learn how to make them. Besides, I know they would make great gifts for my friends. My blogger friends and I are planning another grand meet-up later this year and who knows, I may already be expertly designing bead jewelries using Swarovski Crystal Bicones and I can give it to my friends as token.
The thought of all this is getting me fired up. As soon as we’ve settled in our house and all of our stuff has been put in their proper places, I’m going to look up tutorials on how to make bead jewelries.
